We are really excited that our new studio is now open for business. Drop passed and see us at Greenhill Road Tusmore, at the intersection of Deveroux Road.

One On One Support
Our theory is simple. Eat less junk. Eat more fruit and veg and exercise. The tricky part is keeping motivated and consistent. We constantly monitor you and your progress. Patting you on the back when needed, and of course on occasion giving you a swift kick if required :).

Easy to use Food and Exercise Journal
Counting calories can be time consuming and doesn't take into consideration the quality of the food you are eating. Our system uses  food groups, a proven method to learn to eat a healthy and balanced diet. Simple graphs highlighting the amount of junk, fruit and veg you consume are an easy way to monitor your progress.


Resources
Our site gives you all the information you need to learn how to eat better and lose weight for good. Dozens of recipes, all broken into food groups. Over 40 informative articles on nutrition provided by a trusted source, Nutrition Professionals Australia. Plus all the information you need on the food groups taken from the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating.
